Ted M. Buckner

Ted M. Buckner, the Associate Director of the Southeast Compact Commission for Low-Level Radioactive Waste, began work with the Commission in 1991. Mr. Buckner is responsible for monitoring state and national legislation and policy developments, providing analysis of the legal and political implications of low-level waste management, and managing the funds held by the Commission. His professional experience includes public accounting, corporate tax management, and environmental law.

Mr. Buckner received his B.S. in Business from Auburn University and his J.D. from the Tulane University Law School.
